When an order is sent for approval or for validation from a group, Every user of the group receives a notification.
This notification contains a URL link to redirect the users to their Orders Tracking page. Then the user can approve or reject the PO.
- Click on Pending Orders in the email.
- On your order Tracking page, select the order to approve/decline and click on the action you want to do
You can also access your orders waiting for approval, by clicking on “My account” > “Order Tracking” > “Validation of order”
