In order to configure the best approval workflows, some rules are important to remember

3. Several rules could be configured for the same supplier but only if the PO creators group is different:
4. Currently, if every group of approvers need to modify or to create PO, dedicated rules will need to be configured with each group as PO creator. I.e. If the group is in step 2 or more of another approval flow, another dedicated rule needs to be created to manage that groups creation of PO’s.
