If your hotel has changed legal entity then there is a responsibility to tell all of the suppliers whom you have accounts with.
They may request that you submit new credit application forms.
To ensure a smooth process please raise a ticket to our customer support HERE with the following details:
- Your current legal entity details
- Your new details including new VAT number
- Which suppliers you have accounts with
Our support team will take the relevant actions with our Business Development team to ensure the suppliers make the switch (and where relevant your details are updated in Astore Shop)
