When the “Adjustements” are available ?
- As soon as a declaration campaign closes, an adjustment campaign opens.
- Adjustments are therefore only available if you have previously participated in a declaration campaign.
- Please be aware that if an invoice has been launched following the closing of a declaration campaign and based on the amounts you have declared, and that you make an adjustments, we will have to redo an invoicing (a credit note if negative adjustment, to collect additional money if positive adjustment).
Adjustments should therefore be used sparingly.
