As you may know, your supplier profile is currently visible to all Astore clients and Accor hotels through the Supplier Directory on AstoreProcurement.com. This tool is the go-to place for clients to discover and connect with Astore-nominated suppliers.
Now, we’re giving you a new level of control and visibility with the Supplier Self Update feature.
✨ What is the Supplier Self Update?
This feature allows you to edit your supplier profile directly via Astore Suite - giving you full autonomy to suggest updates. Once submitted, the changes will be reviewed and approved by your Category Manager before going live.
You can update key fields like:
Company description
Ordering details and contacts
Delivery zones and terms
Product/service info
Brochures, certifications, price lists
Keywords and categories
🔄 How to update your profile
Your supplier directory data is hosted in Astore Suite. So first start by navigating to Astore Suite and logging in there.
Watch this step by step guide on how to complete your information:
Your supplier profile is often the first impression clients will have of your company follow our Golden Rules to keep it complete and up to date.
Once submitted:
Your Category Manager can approve or reject your update - they will receive a daily automated email notification.
If no action is taken within 7 days, the update will be published automatically.
If rejected, you’ll receive feedback so you can adjust and resubmit.
