Here you’ll find quick answers to the most common questions about updating your profile in Astore Suite and boosting your visibility in the Supplier Directory.
Keeping your profile accurate and complete ensures hotels can easily find, contact, and do business with you.
🧭 Access & Navigation
1. How do I access the Supplier Self Update feature in Astore Suite?
→ You can click directly on the card from the homepage or use the edit icon in the supplier list. Check the tutorial 'How to Update My Profile' for a step-by-step guide.
2. Can I create a new contact if I don’t see mine listed?
→ Yes, you can create an additional contact during the update process.
📝 What Can Be Updated
3. Which fields can I edit in my profile?
→ You can update general company info, ordering instructions, delivery zones, commercial terms, categories, keywords, and documents such as brochures and certifications
4. Can I upload Excel files or only PDFs? → PDFs are preferred to prevent client-side edits. Excel templates may be used for ordering.
5. Can I change my payment terms or selling mode? → No. These are contractual fields and must be managed by your Category Manager.
✅ Validation & Approval
6. What happens after I submit an update? → Your Category Manager will receive an email and has 7 days to approve or reject it. If no action is taken, the update is auto-published.
7. Will I be notified if my update is approved or rejected? → Yes. You’ll receive an email as soon as the catman validate or refuse the request.
8. What if my Category Manager is on holiday? → A backup validator (e.g., Sales Enabler) may be assigned, or your update will be auto-published after 7 days.

9. Will training be available in my local language?
→ Yes. Webinars are organised in English, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, French... depending on your region.
10. Where can I find tutorials or demo videos?
→ Scribe guides and demo recordings are available in the Knowledge Base and shared during webinars.
11. Can I attend a live demo or webinar?
→ Yes. Webinars are scheduled throughout September and October for both corporate and local suppliers.
