We have tried to streamline your declaration process by dynamically creating customised template(s) based on the terms of our contract(s).
For example, if one of your contract is based on the turnover you are making for each hotel/client and another is based on the number of products you are selling to each, then you will be able to upload the data in one go through a single Excel file for each hotel (each line), one column will be dedicated to the turnover, one to the number of products:
Please note that you do not necessarily have to use the template Excel, you can also fill the same data directly in the tool where the same columns and lines are available:

You might have different templates to fill in:
If you are in charge of several businesses
If some of the data must be declared at different level – hotel/client, brand or country

If you have many hotels to declare, we recommend that you use the Excel template.
Click on “Download current data” to download the Excel template
An Excel file will then be available for you to fill in, from column E.
The Excel file will display the same information you had available on the tool.
You can now fill in the Excel file with your declaration
Once you have indicated on the corresponding cells (From column E) what you have to declare, then you need to upload back your file.
Go back on the tool, then click on the ‘Upload’ button
Be careful, the data you load will erase all the data that may have been previously filled in
