If you do not find a control for a supplier/customer couple in the list of your controls, and the answers in the FAQ do not satisfy you, you will have the possibility to create a new control with this customer/supplier.
To add it, just click on 'Supplier/Customer missing ?'.
A screen is displayed and the following fields must be filled in:
- Designating the customer and the supplier: Warning! You can create a control only on an establishment attached to your profile! Ex: if I am a customer and I own 2 hotels, I can only create a control on one of these 2 hotels. On the other hand, I will be able to choose a supplier among those eligible for the declaration. This may explain why I can't find a supplier.
- Enter currency and value of purchases corresponding to the customer/supplier pair defined above
- Commentary: free field to justify the creation of the control
- Next action: this field it makes is possible to assign the new control to the customer or supplier of the created control.
After filling in these fields, remember to validate the form.
The list of suppliers eligible to the declaration control is downloadable on the welcome page of the control
