Astoreprocurement.com is our institutional website introducing Astore as a Global Procurement Organization. It showcases our offer, services, and tools — and also serves as an international platform, available in multiple languages including English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Polish.

This site also acts as a Supplier Directory for our clients — including Accor Invest, Managed hotels, Franchises, and even non-Accor businesses. Its main purpose is to boost the visibility of Astore nominated suppliers and make it easier for clients to find up-to-date information, get in touch, and place orders efficiently.

Supplier Directory

The Astore Supplier Directory is a detailed, user-friendly resource accessible exclusively to Astore customers via AstoreProcurement.com. It allows filtering suppliers by country and category, easy searching, and access to comprehensive profiles.

How can I be displayed on AstoreProcurement.com Suppliers' Directory? 

With the new Supplier Self Update feature, suppliers can update their own profiles directly through Astore Suite. This means they can suggest changes to their company details, contact info, products, and more without waiting for someone else to do it.

When an update is sent, the Category Manager checks it and decides to approve or reject it. If approved, the changes go live. If rejected, the supplier gets feedback to fix the issues and try again. If no decision is made within 7 days, the update is published automatically.

This feature gives suppliers more control and helps make sure information stays accurate and up to date.

AstoreProcurement.com Newsletter page

The News service on AstoreProcurement.com allows clients to see Astore's latest procurement news. This is a great opportunity for suppliers promote their business, products/services, promotions, sustainability initiatives, etc.

Clients can access our latest procurement news whenever they want and:
  • See dedicated news for their country/region
  • Filter news by article type, date and category of products or services
  • Find useful links to be redirected to our procurement tools (Supplier Directory, Astore Shop, etc.)

How can I promote my business through AstoreProcurement.com News? 

If you wish to promote your business to clients through the News service, please contact your category manager who will guide you through the process.

The category manager will share with you what is expected in terms of content and the Supplier News template.

Some best practices when sharing your news:

  • Complete all the necessary fields - a more complete article is more attractive (use the Supplier News template to aid you);
  • Introduce yourself and write a catchy intro before jumping into the details of your News​ article
  • Add appealing visuals to your articles​;
  • Add useful attachments (products brochures, prices lists, etc). Please provide the local translations (if applicable);
  • Ask your category manager to add the relevant links to your shop or supplier page to ease the purchasing process​.
