We have tried to streamline your declaration process by dynamically creating customised template(s) based on the terms of our contract(s).
For example, if one of your contract is based on the turnover you are making for each hotel/client and another is based on the number of products you are selling to each, then you will be able to upload the data in one go through a single Excel file for each hotel (each line), one column will be dedicated to the turnover, one to the number of products:
Please note that you do not necessarily have to use the template Excel, you can also fill the same data directly in the tool where the same columns and lines are available:

You might have different templates to fill in:
If you are in charge of several businesses

CSV DOWNLOAD - EMPTY TEMPLATE VS ACTUAL DATA
There are two ways to download a template:
- An “empty” template which will have the correct columns you have to fill in (client details & declaration amounts) + the list of all the clients that you could have had potential business with during the period targeted by the campaign
- A “current data” template which contains the same lines and columns but with the last data you have put in the tool – either through an Excel upload either by filling data directly in the tab
