Join our AstoreShop Q&A sessions to get support on how to manage your online shop. Whether it is about uploading your products and offers, managing your orders, or helping your team navigate the platform, these sessions are here to help.
There are two types of Q&A sessions available:
- Open sessions: Ask any questions related to the general use of your online Astore shop.
- Thematic sessions: Focused on specific topics such as adding certifications or product origin

If you wish to join a Q&A session, please contact your Buyer. They will submit a request to the onboarding team on your behalf. Please note that each supplier can benefit from two free Q&A sessions per year, each lasting one hour.
