What is Mirakl?
A Mirakl is a website that facilitates shopping from many different sources. Accor decided to create Mirakl to improve and standardize buying process in their Hotels, and store all Suppliers in one place.
What is onboarders role in onboarding process?
Our responsibility is to manage the process of creating Suppliers accounts in Mirakl, by contact them. And to teach them, how to create, import and manage their products, offers, orders and complaints (incidents). We do this in cooperation with Accor, by exchanging with them the information about onboarding process.
What is Keywords in Product template file and how to add it?
If supplier is using manually created product data spreadsheet instead of template downloaded directly from Mirakl, to use this manual file for import of data into Mirakl then you have to set up a correct keywords in spreadsheet.
Without correct keywords the file cannot be imported and Mirakl will rise an error. For example, during the import of product template file, there can occur an error: “1004 Category could not be identified” - which is an indicator that the keywords may be missing.
If such an error appears, you have to define the keywords by yourself in the file. To do so, you will have open the file and follow the procedure:
- In Excel / other Spreadsheet: Click
File
>Properties
>Description
tab - Fill in
Keywords
field - you can also copy this value from the template downloaded directly from Mirakl:importType=operator|headerCodeLine=2|language=en_GB
(remember to define the language properly, e.g.language=fr_FR
) - Click “OK” and continue the procedure of filling the product file.
What boutique can and what can not do if its status is "Suspended"?
- Supplier can add offers on suspended shop but they will not be visible in the system until the shop is activated again.
- All offers that were added when shop was active will be deactivated when shop status is changed to suspended - so they have to be re-added again.
Main person on supplier side is missing and others does not have an access to their shop.
As an operator you can go to Administration
> User management
> Shop accounts user
and add new user for the shop.
