There are a few ways to identify if your hotel is paired with a supplier on AStore shop.
As a reminder, to be paired with a supplier means the supplier manages specific delivery days within a week and can only deliver on those days for your hotel. Also, depending on the supplier, it confirms you have an active account with them.
There are three places where you can identify if you are paired with a supplier.
Option 1 : On the "our suppliers" page:
If you see a dark blue calendar logo in the bottom left corner of the supplier box then your hotel is paired with this supplier and you can place orders with them
If you see a grey calendar logo in the bottom left corner of the supplier box then your hotel is NOT paired with this supplier and you cannot place orders with them yet. To place orders with them, please contact the customer support team who can set this up with you and the supplier
If you see no logo then this supplier does not need to be paired with hotels or clients and does not offer specific days of the week deliveries. They will either off standard 5 day delivery, express delivery or same day delivery (plus a few other options, supplier dependent) You can still go ahead and order with them if you wish.
You can also use the filter available to help you view which suppliers you are paired with for delivery rounds or not
You can also roll over the icon and it will display to you if youre hotel is paired or not
