When you log in to Mirakl, you see dashboards on the home page:
- information about your store
- performance statistics
Information about the store
You can see and examine all information about:
- unread messages from customers that are waiting for you
- open orders to your store
- status of your offers - including the number of inactive offers
- your current balance.
These statistics are updated in real time.
You can also quickly jump to respective part of the system by clicking on one of the buttons included in each box.
Performance statistics
These dashboards give a quick access at your store's performance. You can filter the information to display. The overview of totals and average information is updated every 15 minutes.
In the Rates section you can review following indicators:
- Acceptance Rate - number of accepted order lines during the selected period
- Incident Rate - show how many accepted orders lines (created within the selected period) have at least one incident
- Refund Rate - number of order lines refunded during the selected period
- Refused Rate - number of refused order lines during the selected period
- Auto-Refused Rate - number of automatically refused order lines during the selected period
In Deadline section the following indicators are presented:
- Average Acceptance Time - the average number of hours taken by you to "Reject" or "Accept" an order; cancellations are not included.
- Average Time to Ship - how much time does it take to ship your orders (change the state of an order from “Shipping in Progress” to “Shipped”).
- Average Response Time to an Order - how ling does it take for you (on average) to respond to customer's message.
In Sales section you can check revenues and average order values with and without shipping costs included for all orders placed in the specified period.
