Q: Where do I find specific information about one listed supplier: price list, contracts framework, required documents/certificates (tax, health, insurance, business registration…)?
A: You will find the relevant documents in the supplier database if existing in your country, if not please contact the supplier direct.
Q: Can I see the general service agreement between Accor Services and supplier?
A: No, the general agreement between Accor and supplier is not to be shared due to confidentiality. If you wish to see your hotel contract, please reach out to the supplier.
Q: Could you please recommend us a service provider for our hotel / for this region?
A: We have nominated a number of suppliers, you can find the nominated suppliers in the supplier database if existing in your country. If not, please contact the Astore Customer Support team
Q: Can I take over staff from the supplier?
A: Subject to local legislation however note there might be a recruitment fee asked by the supplier. Please check with the supplier as appropriate.
Q: What is the notice period for individual contracts?
A: Please refer to your local agreement. If doubts, please contact Astore customer service team
Q: How many days notice should I give before the supplier can deliver the staff/provide the service?
A: Please refer to the supplier.
Q: I am not happy with the service / with the performance of the supplier's employee, please can you support?
A: Please contact the supplier to address this issue. In case of recurring issues, please escalate to the company's Key Accountmanager and if still not resolved contact Astore Customer Support
Q: I have a local supplier I work with and would like to nominate this supplier, can you look into this?
A: Please contact the AStore Customer Support team to assess if there is an opportunity.
