In case of difficulty, you can ask for help from the Accor Procurement team (business developpers, buyers and back office in charge of your account and the other party's).
Each of these 3 entities will receive an alert asking them to provide help by adding a comment in the conversation.
Once one of these users has replied, if you wish to ask for their help again in the same conversation, you will have to click on the link “Admin help”
Please note that the controls will still remain in the list of actions assigned to you.
