Q: I would like to replace my existing device, What is the process ?
A: For AccorHotels Employees: Request confirmation from your manager and then email local IT team.
A: For Accor Invest Hotels : Please contact your manager to check the ordering process
A: For Other Hotels depending if the Mobile phone is planned to be operated as a standalone device : contact the nominated mobile phone supplier directly - Details available in Astore company- or if the mobile phone is planned to be integrated to the IT Network of Accor Hotels: then please contact your manager and email your local IT Team.
Q: My device is not working well, What can I do ?
A: For AccorHotels and Managed properties, Please email local IT team or if implemented your local IT service Helpdesk.
A: For Non Accor branded hotels please contact the mobile phone supplier directly- Details available in Astore company
Q: I would like to change my monthly package, what is the process?
A: Get approval from your manager and contact the service desk of your local provider available in Astore company
Q: What is my monthly package ?
A: Please contact the responsible person who is managing your mobile contract and/or the service desk of your local provider ( local IT team or local HR team)
Q: Can I order a new Sim card/ a new device for a new joiner?
A: Please contact local IT team and/or HR Team.
Q: Can I get a copy of my mobile phone invoice?
A: Please contact your manager.
Q: Can I get a protection case/ charger for my mobile phone?
A: Please ask your manager
Q: If I travel, what is the travel package (data, voice…) negotiated in the contract?
A: Please contact your line manager or HR team who have set your allocation. In general while traveling you will receive a text identifying the entitlement while roaming.
Q: Which Mobile Phone Device can I choose?
A: Please ask your Manager/IT Local Team.
Q: Can I get a E-SIM Card?
A: Please contact your local IT Team.
Q: I work from home and I do not have a good internet connection. Can I get an unlimited Data SIM Card?
A: Please contact your local IT Team.
Q: My device has been stolen or is broken, what should I do?
A: Please contact your local IT Team.
