Relevant for all clients in Northern European countries:
Q: When will the next Energy Tender take place?
A: Please raise a ticket to the Astore costumer service for the category manager to clarify
Q: When is my Electricity contract ending?
A: Refer to your current bill which will have this indication. If this is not available please refer to your local agreement signed
Q: Why I am receiving 2 different invoices for my electricity
A: Most of the time, when invoices are splitt into 2 parts it is linked to local regulation. One will cover network and distribution and the other will cover only the energy part.
Procurement can only negotiate the core energy.
Q: Is my electricity Green or Grey?
A: Green energy is coming from renewable energy source while, Grey energy is all energy generating CO2 and highly poluting
The type of Energy you currently have should be indicated in your invoice.
Q: Is it possible to get an e-Invoice?
A: Please contact your accountancy department
Q: What is my energy price for next year?
A: if you are part of the Astore energy management agreement please refer to your budget recommandation (LOI)
A: if you are not part of the energy management agreement, log a ticket with our Astore helpdesk who will come back to you
