What are the benefits ?
A user can choose to use the same email address to consult several establishments by linking all his accounts to a main address. This way, they can change accounts without having to re-enter their login and password.
This feature is called a "cluster account" in Astore Shop.
You can also arrange with your IT department to receive all notifications on the main address. See this article for more information.
How do I navigate from one establishment to another?
You cannot link two existing accounts in the same establishment.
How to benefit from this feature ?
Contact Customer Service via the online form to make this request.
Please note, you will need to provide an email address per establishment in the cluster account.
Example below: the customer has 3 hotels they need to set up in their cluster account, so they will need to provide 3 email addresses (one for each hotel).
Prerequisites to setting up your cluster account
There are 2 types of set-ups for cluster accounts.
In order to identify which type of cluster account you need, please answer the following questions:
- Scenario 1: Do you need to approve orders and receive order notifications for these establishments? YES/NO
- Scenario 2: Is the cluster account for viewing purposes only e.g. consulting your establishments’ data in Astore Shop? YES/NO
