To create an account with a supplier you are interested in that you found on Astore Procurement.com, you can follow one of these two options:
Option 1: the supplier's contact information are displayed on the directory
To contact a supplier and place an order, you can go to the supplier's page you want to contact.
In the "Suppliers" tab, select the supplier you want to contact by clicking on "Learn more".
In the "How to order" section, you will find the different ways to contact your supplier.
1/ Depending on the supplier choice you will find the following information:
- Astore Shop link: click on the button, you will be redirected directly to the Astore Shop website.
- Email address: click on the button, it will open your a new mail in your mailbox
- Phone number
- Postal address
2/ A contact can also be displayed in the "Contact directory" section. You can use this email address to contact the supplier and ask for further information about their business.
Option 2: the supplier's contact information are not displayed on the directory
If there are no contact information provided for this supplier in the directory, you can contact the customer service to see if they can provide you with the information.
To contact the customer service, click on the 
button then "Contact us". You can then send an email with your request in it.
