Case 1: If you received the connection email, but did not connect within the first 30 days
If you did not connect within the 30 days limit after receiving you connection email, you will need to ask for a new connection link.
To get a new connection link, click on the "Help" widget and use the "Contact us" button to contact the customer service. You can then ask for your account to be reseted.
You will receive another connection email to set up your profile and connect to the Astore Procurement - Suppliers Directory & News.
Case 2: If you forgot your password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot password?". You will receive an email to set a new password and connect to Astore Procurement - Suppliers Directory & News.
Case 3: If your account is not functioning
If your account is not functioning, you will need to ask your account or password to be reseted.
To reset your account, click on the "Help" widget and use the "Contact us" button to contact the customer service. You can then ask for your account to be reseted.
You will receive another connection email to set up your profile and connect to the Astore Procurement - Suppliers Directory & News.
