I have a 308 error or a Proxy problem
If while trying to connect to https://astoresuite.com/ , you come across this kind of problem :
- Error 308 ( nginx )
- The proxy server isn't responding
Please try to connect to AstoreSuite with another browser and be sure that you have this adress as the URL: https://astoresuite.com/
This is indeed a problem that is often related to the use of Window 7 and Internet Explorer, and not Astore Suite.
Please note that Internet Explorer is not one of the browsers supported by Astore Suite.
Indeed, Microsoft no longer provides security updates or technical support for older versions of Internet Explorer since 2016.
Likewise, support for Windows 7 ended on 14 January 2020 from Microsoft (Except for Accor hotels, which have a special agreement with Microsoft to support Windows 7 until the end of the year).
To make sure you have optimal access to Astore Suite, we currently support and recommend the following web browsers:
- Google Chrome for Windows / macOS / Linux
- Mozilla Firefox for Windows / macOS / Linux
- Microsoft Edge for Windows
- Apple Safari for macOS
if you still get an error message after changing browsers, please contact us and let us know which OS and browsers you are using and the error message that appears.
