How do I access Astore Suite?
Astore Suite is available on https://astoresuite.com
Depending on which campaigns are running, you may or may not have access to the different sections – Declaration, Declaration Control, etc.
ALREADY USED ASTORE SUITE?
You might already have experienced the tool if you had been involved in a campaign. In that case, you must have received an account creation email, and you can use the same credentials than before.
NEVER USED ASTORE SUITE?
You will receive your access credentials at the beginning of a campaign.
If not, please do not hesitate to use the 'Don't have a password yet?' feature available on https://astoresuite.com
Please check that the email you might receive is not in your SPAM folder.
If it still doesn't work, you can contact us via the 'Help' button, always available at the bottom right on any page of Astore suite.

DO NOT HAVE A PASSWORD YET?
You will receive an email with your credentials the day we open a campaign for which you are eligible.
If not, it means you might not be registered as the person in charge of this task.
Please do not hesitate to contact our support team via the 'Help' button, always available at the bottom right on any page of Astore suite.
YOU USING ALSO ASTORE SHOP?
Please be aware that the credentials of Astore Shop are different than the Astore Suite ones.
