To access your order history, Click on My Account, then on Order tracking
On The order tracking page you can filter the orders using different search filters.
You can filter by Order Status:
You can filter by Supplier, or Period (time frame when orders were created and submitted)
You can also filter (depending on your profile permissions) on order placed by users (your orders, other team members orders, other teams orders)
By Default Orders are listed by date the order was placed and logistic order (If the products ordered from the same supplier have different lead times to ship and therefore different delivery dates you will have multiple logistic orders)
It is now possible to also filter your orders by the selected delivery date. This can be useful if you want to know when your orders are arriving. Please be mindful, this only applies to orders which are placed with suppliers who manage set delivery dates/tour delivery rounds. If you placed an order with a supplier who uses Standard or Express delivery you will not see your order when you apply this filter.
If a supplier has delayed your delivery or can not meet your selected delivery date, you will not see that update in this view. This filter simply reflects the date you chose for delivery and is not a guarantee for when it will be delivered
In the order tracking page, each line indicates: who placed the order; the date the order was placed; the current status of the order; the total value of the order.
To access the order details, click on the line of the order and it will give you full details of the order.
