Introduction
Once you have filled in and imported your product file template, you should check the status of the import and the associated error lines in Mirakl. This will tell you if the import was successful or not.
If not, you will need to correct the errors for the import to be successful.
You can easily track all imports on the Mirakl interface.
Checking your products imports
You must track the imports of your products by following the steps below:
Some key definitions
Several terms need to be defined to ensure that you understand the details of your imports as provided by Mirakl:
- Status: it indicates the status of your product imports. A successful integration will be indicated by "Complete", whereas an error will be indicated by "Failed". Otherwise, "In progress" means that Mirakl is still analysing your import. In the case of a failure, you will need to correct the errors.
- Lines with errors: it indicates the number of products that have NOT been integrated into Mirakl and need to be re-imported. Please note that its display only includes integration errors in Mirakl (and not errors that may have occurred in our product library in our system). This is why you should always check the error reports.
This is a Mirakl status and not a complete Astore Shop status workflow!
Download "Added products" report
After uploading products to Accor Mirakl, it is not possible to easily view the list of all your products. For this reason, we ask that you download the "Added products" report and save it in a safe place on your computer or attach it to the ticket. This will also allow you to associate an Accor ID with each of your products.
If you need to upload your entire product range to the Astore Shop, you should ask your salesperson for assistance.
