Users in Mirakl can be assigned either the same access level as the first user or different access levels based on their profiles. This allows for tailored permissions and ensures that each user has the appropriate level of access and functionality within the platform.
Shop Administration- Access to Dashboard Statistics, access to the Settings, Information, and User Management menus, capability to call Shop API.
Inventory Management- Access to Inventory dashboard, management and messages, and Mapping Configuration.
Order Management - Access to Message, Order and Revenue Dashboards, and Order Management..
Accounting - access to Invoices and Transaction Log. In the Transaction Log, you can see the transaction information of all users (in status: paid): order quantity, amount, debit, credit and balance.
Support - access to conversation and command statistics, read mode commands, Commands and Communication (document loading is allowed), and access to My Conversation in normal mode.
Warning, if you wish to attach an existing user account to another shop, you must contact the seller support.
