The shipping costs are part of the parameters of each store. They must be carefully defined during the creation of your store in agreement with the Catman. Here is some information that will facilitate their configuration.
Shipping & Delivery
In Mirakl you can configure your own shipping and delivery prices. You have to click My Account
> Setting
> Shipping & Delivery
You will find a table with several logistic classes. They allow you to define your own delivery conditions that are not predefined in the tool. Please note that if you do not add a logistics class when creating the offer, the logistics class of the offer will automatically be assigned to the logistics class of the product category defined by the system.
If you have a fixed delivery price for one piece of the order, enter it in the “Initial price” field.
If the price of delivery above one item increases, fill in the “Additional price” field.
When you choose delivery modes, remember that they are predetermined in the system in the following way:
- Standard delivery - 5 calendar days from shipping,
- Express delivery - 3 calendar days from shipping,
- Same day delivery - the order is delivered the same day.
If you use the “lead time to ship” field in your offer creation, the number of days in this “lead time to ship” field will be added to the delivery mode time. The sum of both of these fields will be the total time between your order acceptance and shipment. You can read more about it in section Filling the offer template file

If your delivery costs change and are different because of other conditions, e.g. sales unit, then you should contact your onboarder to set this special conditions for your delivery costs.
If you want to let your customer choose by himself the delivery date, you will have to use the delivery type “Delivery rounds”. “Delivery rounds” mode allows to select delivery date while for Standard mode the date is automatically calculated and not-changeable. To do so, you will have to fill in the Logistic file. For “Delivery rounds” mode - normally does not require to activate Standard mode.
Delivery zones
Before you start to manage the orders in the system, you should also configure your Shipping zone.
“Same day Delivery Configuration”, “Standard Configuration”, “Express Configuration”: these fields will appear when you activate proper delivery method in logistic class.
You have to put there region codes - for shipping zone “France - FR” it is the same as two first digits of postal codes.
If you deliver to areas that do no match postal areas - then you can also use logistic file to configure your deliveries hotel-by-hotel.
Delivery thresholds
It is also possible to set up for your shop shipping costs according to certain thresholds:
- based on the amount of the order
- based on the quantity of items (sales unit) in the order
- based on the number of packaging units in the order
You cannot configure in the system such delivery thresholds yourself - you have to ask your onboarder to do it. But you still have to activate at least one delivery method on Shipping & Delivery tab (e.g. Standard delivery) for such delivery thresholds to work.
Free shipping
In the Shipping & Delivery section, you are also able to set conditions for the free shipping by clicking My Account
> Settings
> Free Shipping

- You can set free shipping for all your products by checking “Free Shipping”:
- You can also indicate from which amount of the order the shipping costs will be offered. This amount can be set for each activated delivery method.
You must remember that the amount indicated must be 0.01 € less than the amount of the order with free delivery. E.g. when the free shipping amount is configured to 200.00 € then a free delivery starts with for order of 200.01 € and configuration 199.99 € indicates a free delivery for orders starting from 200.00 €).
If your free shipping depends on some other conditions, e.g. sales unit, then you should contact your onboarder to set this special conditions.
