Setting up Delivery Rounds method: Fill in the Logistic file

Logistic file is a special excel file, created by Accor to define link between your shops and hotels, specify delivery days and cut-off times.

When to use it?

If at least one condition is met, you must prepare and use the logistic file:

  1. You use the delivery mode "Delivery rounds" because you give your hotels the choice of their delivery date
  2. You have specific days for each hotel
  3. You have one or more departments served by several warehouses
  4. You have cut-off times
  5. You have preparation delays per hotel
  6. You work on certain public holidays 

If you have activated the "Delivery round", all other delivery modes must be disabled.

Where to get it?

You can download the example logistic file and fill it according to the description of fields presented below.

If you are already a supplier on old Accorshop then you do not have to prepare this file - Accor will copy the logistic file from old Accorshop to a new one.

Meaning of fields

  • shop_id - as presented in Mirakl
  • shop_name - as presented in Mirakl
  • customer_id - hotel MEGA code; the list of hotels with MEGA codes and addresses can be provided to you by onboarder or buyer
  • customer_name - hotel name as presented in Mirakl
  • logistic_delay - the meaning of this field depends on the value of “time_limit” field:
    • if a customer places an order before time defined in “time_limit” field then the delivery will be done: 0-the same day, 1-the next day, 2-after the next day, etc. (You may be familiar with 0=“A for A”, 1=“A for B”, 2=“A for C” etc.).
    • but if the order will be placed after the time from “time_limit” field then delivery will be done one day later: 0-the next day, 1-after the next day, etc.
    • You can also combine logistic_delay with “Lead time to ship”, see more about it in sectionFilling the offer template file > Other important fields > 8. Lead time to ship.
  • time_limit (cut-off time) - you may think of this as the hour when current day ends; if the order is places before this time then the delivery delay is counted starting from current day and if the order is placed after this time then the counting begins from the next day.
  • fields from monday to sunday - enter “1” to indicate that deliveries are performed only during those days, otherwise enter "0"
  • days_off_exceptions - special days off worked by the supplier, that need to be added in the template (separated by semicolon, e.g. “21/05/2018;15/08/2018;25/12/2018”)

Once the file is completed, please send it to the Seller support agent for checking and integration into BO Magento.

Check that all catchment areas cover all hotels delivered (departments, regions).
