When ordering, Hotels might want to add a specific instruction to the order by product.
Example 1 : 'Hotel A' ordered 5kg of meat and wants it to be cut in pieces of 0,2kg.
Example 2 : 'Hotel B' ordered fish but want it cut in a specific finishing.
How to
As a supplier if you want to have this option you should contact the seller support for select this option.
The operator need to go to "Supplier" > Choose supplier :
There is a new tab "Allow order line instruction" which is at "NO" by default.
- Allow this option by selecting YES in the "Allow order line instruction"
- Desactivate this option by selecting NO
Note: NO is the status by default.
As a supplier, you will receive these instructions in the Purchase Order documents if you customer has decided to add it.

Example 1: 'Hotel A' has ordered with a specific date but wants a different delivery date
Example 2: 'Hotel B' has ordered but would like to add a product that they did not find in the catalogue.
How to
As a supplier, if you want to have this option, you must contact the vendor support to select this option.
The operator has to go to "Supplier" > Choose supplier :
The section "Disable messaging feature" which is set to "NO" by default.
- Allow this option by selecting YES in the "Disable messaging feature" section.
- Disable this option by selecting NO
Note: YES is the default status.
