Manual update of existing offers
To update an existing offer, please follow the tutorial below :
Once you have created an offer with a specific SKU, we recommend that you do not change the SKU of the offer afterwards to avoid your offer disappearing from the list of hotel favourites in Astore Shop!
Massive update of existing offers
You can do a massive update of existing offers by downloading an Excel file with all offers from your shop. For that, you should follow the above tutorial from step 6.
To know more about filling the offer file template, you can refer to the following article: Filling the offer template file.
When updating the offer in the file, don't forget to choose the appropriate value in the "update-delete" column, where "update" means that you overwrite the value of a specific offer, and "delete" means that you erase the offer (see screenshot below)
Update in advance
Please note! Any import, even if it includes an availability start date, without modifying the offer SKU, will overwrite the current offer catalogue.
There are two ways to update your offers for a future date (i.e. to upload a change of pricing ahead of time):
- To import your update before D-day (<24 hours in advance): do the above steps as per a normal change in offer
- To import your update/change before D-day (>24 hours in advance): we recommend 15 days before
For the second way to update the offer (To import your update/change before D-day), here are the steps to follow:
- Inform the Seller support
- Make sure that your offers are not part of a favourites list (check with the support)
- Extract the current offers in "import ready format" and set the "Availability End Date"
- Prepare the new offer file with the new SKU-OFFERS IDS (i.e. the SKUS of the offer must always be unique and different from the old file) and set the "Availability Start Date"
- Send the two offer files (old and new) to the seller for the standard orders section
- After GO from the seller's support, import the two quotation files (the one to close the old tariffs and the one to open the new tariffs)
