Context:
Hotels rely on AstoreShop for procuring your merchandise. However, to feature your products on AstoreShop, an offer must be associated with them via Mirakl. So, you need to use Mirakl to upload offers linked to your products, which will enable hotels to order them from AstoreShop.
What is an Offer ?
An "offer" is a conditional proposal made up of price, stock, and lead time to ship.
Because it is a conditional proposal its characteristics may change or vary over time: therefore some suppliers may be updating offer files more often than product files.
You can add an offer to your published products on Mirakl, using the import from file or API system.
An offer cannot exist without being associated to a published product.
Offer statuses in Mirakl
- Active Offer: Indicates that the offer is available for purchase on the Astore Shop.
- Inactive Offer: Indicates that the offer is no longer available for purchase on the Astore Shop but is still visible with an appropriate status.
- Deleted Offer: Indicates that the offer has been removed from Mirakl and no longer exists on the website. It cannot be displayed except on our Requisition List page.
By keeping track of the offer statuses, sellers can effectively manage their inventory and ensure their offers are visible and available to customers on the marketplace.
To check if an offer is active in Mirakl backoffice, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your Mirakl backoffice account.

The navigation is very similar to product and offer template but there is a new option, but the only template you will be able to use to manage pricing is the price template that will be explained in the article below.
- Go to the "Offers" section.
- Locate the offer you want to check and click on it to open the offer details.
- Look for the "Offer status" field in the offer details. If the offer is active, it will show as "Active". If it is inactive, it will show as "Inactive".
- Additionally, you can also use the filter options in the "Offers" section to view only active offers. To do this, click on the "Filter" button and select "Active" under the "Offer status" filter.
How to check if an offer is active
You can access your active offers on Mirakl backoffice through two methods: Firstly, by directly visiting the shop's offer page. Alternatively, use the "active offers" filter by shop name or ID. In case an offer is deactivated, you can still access its details and deactivation reason in a greyed-out format. For example, "GORD DLP 50-AL ALUMINIUM OPRAWA SUFITOWA NT KWADRAT RUCHOMA 1X GU10 MAX 25W IP20 AL" in the Downlight Led category has been deactivated due to being out of stock and not being in the offer availability period:

To ensure effective Mirakl offer management, it is recommended to:

Update your stock frequently to avoid any potential overselling or underselling issues.

If you wish to discontinue the sales of a product, please set and maintain your offers for a period of 60 days with an inactive status`by setting an end of availability date in the "availability" field, this will inform customers of the end of the availability period on the front of Astore Shop.

After the 60-day communication period has elapsed, delete any offers that will not be reactivated. This will help to keep your offer list up-to-date and improve overall marketplace performance.
