What is an order management module?
Each individual supplier typically has their own order management capabilities in Mirakl. The order management features available to sellers within a Mirakl marketplace include accessing order details, managing shipments, communicating with customers, tracking order history, and handling related documents.
How can you use your order management module on Mirakl?
We understand that efficient order management is crucial for your online store. That's why we have implemented an order management module specifically designed to meet your needs.
By accessing the "My Orders" menu in Mirakl, you gain instant access to all your orders in one convenient location. Simply click on the order number, and you will be directed to the order details page, where you can find comprehensive information about that specific order.
We've also made it easy for you to retrieve all order information in a downloadable CSV/XLSX file. Just click on the blue button located at the top right of the interface, and the file containing all the relevant order data will be available for you.
To simplify the process of finding specific orders, we have included filters for your convenience. You can now easily search for orders based on criteria such as date, amount, or order status, ensuring that you can quickly locate the orders you need.
Order Management Interface
Now, let's delve into the Order Management Interface, which provides you with even more control over your orders. When you click on an order number, you will be directed to the order page, which consists of five tabs:
- Details: This tab gives you a comprehensive view of the order, allowing you to visualize order lines, including quantities and sales coefficients. You can also review the requested delivery date and other relevant details.
- Shipment: In this tab, you can conveniently indicate the order tracking number, enabling you to track the shipment and keep your customers informed.
- Messages: Stay connected with your customers through the Messages tab. Here, you can view and reply to messages sent by customers, ensuring efficient communication and addressing any concerns related to the order. For more information about Messages, please click here.
- History: The History tab provides you with an overview of all the status changes that have occurred throughout the order process. This way, you can track the progress of each order and stay up to date.
- Documents: Easily manage and access all the documents related to the order in the Documents tab. From purchase orders to shipping documents and invoices, you can load or view them all in one place.
Delivery Note - this is directly edited by the system after acceptance of the order by the supplier. Sending the delivery note is not possible in the system for now.
Invoices - the system does not publish invoices automatically for now.
Order's refund - because Mirakl does not support payments, the Refund option will not be used for now
