The messaging systems allows the customer and operator to communicate together.
As a seller, you can receive messages from the customer relating to your orders.
Answer order messages as quickly as possible as your response time directly affects your performance as a supplier. A long response time, even over the weekend, can lead to negative customer feedback/ratings and poor performance statistics.
Receive message
You can find your messages in Mirakl, in My Messages
menu item.
You can also check messages relating to the specific order by going into order details and clicking Messages
tab.
Please note that all exchanged messages are in relation to one of the orders. At this level, the customer cannot send a query about a different product or an offer.
Send message
When you want to reply to an existing message or start a new communication about an order, you have to:
- Click on
My Messages
orMy Orders
on the menu bar. - Click a concrete message (or if you go to
My Orders
choose one of them and than clickMessages
tab). - Choose the recipients and the subject.
- Enter your message.
- Click Send.
- Your message appears in the discussion thread.
Hotel can only ask general questions about their orders.
