Product Inventory and Status on Mirakl
In Mirakl, product inventory refers to the available quantity of a product that you, as an Astore Shop supplier, have in stock and are willing to sell through the Mirakl platform. The product inventory status in Mirakl can be "In Stock" if the product is available for purchase, "Out of Stock" if the product is not currently available, or "Preorder" if the product is available for purchase but will not be shipped immediately. Mirakl allows you, as an Astore Shop supplier, to manage your product inventory and update the inventory status in real-time to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected on the platform. This helps to avoid overselling and improve the customer experience.
Context
As a supplier on AstoreShop, it's crucial that you maintain up-to-date information about your products. If one of your products becomes out of stock or is no longer available, there are multiple ways to manage the data. But, it's important to keep in mind that these methods may have varying consequences on the product's appearance on AstoreShop and how it is displayed to hotels searching for it.
The offer import file mode can be used to manage the offer catalogue in various ways, each with different outcomes:

Note: When uploading an offer catalogue delta, which may not contain all of your offers or the master list, using the replace mode will result in the deletion of all offers not included in the offer catalogue. This means that the lines in the imported file will replace all of your existing offers. To prevent unintentional deletions, it is recommended to only use the "replace" mode when the offer file being imported contains all the lines you intend to sell.
