Add a product
If the product does not yet exist: The addition of a product must be well thought out, reliable, and in agreement with your Catman before importing into Mirakl.
In order to find your import method (manual, automatic), please go to the product import tracking section. In the Origin section, you will find information on whether you are using manual mode (creation form or Excel file import) or automatic mode (API or FTP).
According to your type of import:

My product has already been created previously: If your product already exists in Mirakl, you can put it on sale by adding a new offer. For more information, see the article Create a new offer manually.
If the product that exists in the system has the same EAN code as yours, but it does not match what you are selling, or contains major errors, you should contact your Seller Support Agent or Category Manager and explain the problem to them.
To modify a product created via the form, remember to download the transform file in excel format otherwise you will not be able to access the product sheet.
Modify a product
To modify a product via your own excel file or via the operator template, you simply have to modify your file, re-import using the product import process and inform the Customer service.
But if your product has been created via the form and you have not uploaded the transformed file, please contact the seller support.
