New "_media_key" attributes (format: text) have been created to enable you to update your media (images, data sheets...) if necessary. You can find the list here.
These attributes can be used if :
- you want to keep the same url and modify/update the image.
- you have imported your product file but the image is not available with the indicated url.
If you want to use this field(s), depending on how you work, please :
- download a new product template: Download the product template
- add a column to your existing template with the corresponding header, for example :
- map this new attribute(s) by adding this column(s) to your file: How to make a mapping
- API: create the mapping and add the label(s) or code(s) of this field(s) to your product flow
Example: label: main_image_media_key - code: main_image_media_key
Once you have added the attribute(s), please fill in the data only for the concerned products, adding a 1.
In case you have made a 1st change, please increment the value.
You will then need to upload your file and check it.

Once the import is complete, you are not required to keep the field(s).

- Please ensure that image URLs are publicly accessible from outside of France (not just from within France).

Mirakl's servers are not located exclusively in France: Mirakl uses servers in EMEA, the US, and Japan for image downloads. The IPs to authorize are:
- EMEA: 52.211.234.224, 34.249.177.182, 52.209.181.45
- US: 34.234.7.99, 52.22.5.15, 34.197.206.27
- Japan: 35.187.198.113, 34.85.78.107, 34.146.73.229 - Images must be made accessible to these IPs or internationally; otherwise, Mirakl will not be able to download them.
